Nothing speaks louder about the culture of an educational context than the interactions that place within them. Listening and questioning are the basis on which positive classroom interactions are formed. this in turn can shape meaningful collaboration, which can then build a culture of thinking.
At the heart of these two practices lies a respect for and interest in learner thinking. This same theory can be applied also when building a culture of thinking amongst colleagues. |
